Step 1: Notify Us
Start by sending an email to hello@inti-kitchen.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your plancha. Simply include your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Pack & Label
Carefully place the item back in its original packaging. Please ensure it is unused and in the same condition as received. Securely tape the box and attach the return address label.
Step 3: Post It
Take your parcel to a local courier point or post office. Keep a copy of your postage receipt until we acknowledge receipt of your return and process your refund.
Transparent Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Inti Kitchen purchase. If your new plancha grill isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward 14-day refund window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Once our team receives and inspects your return, we aim to process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If things aren't quite right, we've made our returns and payment processes as simple as possible for our UK customers.
How Returns Work
- Contact Us: Email hello@inti-kitchen.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your plancha.
- Safe Packaging: Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. As carbon steel is heavy, please pack it securely to avoid transit damage.
- Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on where to send your parcel.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your plate, we'll process your refund immediately.
Refund Timelines & Conditions
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that for a full refund, items must be in 'as new' condition. If a plancha has been seasoned or used for cooking, we may only be able to provide a partial refund due to the refurbishing required.
Secure Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Your security is our priority; all transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, industry-standard gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Common Questions
What if my plancha arrives damaged?
While carbon steel is incredibly tough, if your item is damaged during delivery, please let us know within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Do you offer free returns?
For damaged or faulty items, returns are completely free. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs due to the weight of our professional-grade steel.
Can I pay in installments?
We currently accept PayPal Credit which offers installment options at checkout. We are looking into adding more flexible payment providers soon.
