Once your plancha is boxed and ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. We use trusted UK couriers to ensure you can follow your package's journey directly to your kitchen. Please note, at this time we only ship within the UK mainland.

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. During peak season, this may slightly increase as we ensure every piece meets our quality standards.
What if my grill arrives damaged?
We pack our products securely, but if there's an issue upon delivery, please contact hello@inti-kitchen.co.uk immediately with photos so we can put it right.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 2-4 working days. Please note we currently only ship within the UK to ensure the quality and safety of our heavy steel products.

Can I change my address?
If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entering our shipping process, we may not be able to redirect it.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we do. Standard UK shipping rates apply to all orders from Northern Ireland. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1-2 working days.
Missing an item in your bundle?
To ensure your plancha reaches you in perfect condition, accessories or smaller items in a bundle may occasionally ship in a separate package. Check your tracking link for multiple parcels.
