Returns & Refunds Policy
At Inti Kitchen, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned in the original packaging where possible
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers may inspect the product as they would in a retail store. We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds where the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement product
A repair, where appropriate
A full refund
We will also cover any reasonable return shipping costs for faulty items.
Carbon Steel Cookware
Our cookware is made from premium carbon steel and is designed to develop a natural seasoning over time.
The following are considered normal characteristics of carbon steel and are not defects:
Surface colour changes
Darkening or patina development
Minor cosmetic marks from manufacturing
Variations caused by seasoning and use
Minor cosmetic changes and natural seasoning development are normal characteristics of carbon steel cookware and do not affect performance.
These natural characteristics do not affect performance and are part of the product's intended use.
Non-Returnable Items
We may be unable to accept returns for products that have been:
Extensively used or damaged through misuse
Modified or altered
Returned without prior contact after an unreasonable period
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
